Terry Anderson

With over 20 years in the banking business as a loan officer and VP and over 13 years as a Licensed Appraiser, Terry has a professional background that is very unique and tremendously advantageous for both Buyers and Sellers of real estate.

Terry graduated from Emporia State University in 1995 with a degree in Business Administration. He returned back home to Coffey County in 1997 when he landed a job with Citizens State Bank where he served as a loan officer and ultimately ascended to Vice President. In 2005, after many hours of mentoring by Cheryl Ewy, he was recognized by the State of Kansas as a Licensed Appraiser. Terry has become a very respected appraiser across the State with his focus being on rural real estate.

Terry is no stranger to hard work, integrity, and providing sound advice regarding real estate financing and appraisals. His familiarity with current market conditions, banking knowledge and countless connections across the region provide a comprehensive resource for our clients.

When not selling or appraising real estate, Terry enjoys spending time with his two sons, Brody and Ty, working as a volunteer firefighter and managing the substantial cow/calf operation which he built from the ground up.
