Property Location: The property is located near the southwest corner of Burlington at the intersection of 10th Rd and Lynx Rd (property is located NW of the intersection).

Minerals: The Seller's mineral interest transfers to the Buyer. There is old oil production infrastructure on the property belonging to the lease operator. The property sells as is but the lease operator has the right to remove this infrastructure at some point. There is no current mineral production.

Closing and Possession: Closing shall be on or before October 20th, 2022. Possession shall be at closing or after harvest of the 2022 corn crop, whichever comes last.
