Totaling 134 acres more or less, Tract 2 is a mix of quality Native grass hay meadow, cropland and a small pond. Cropland acreage totals approximately 29 acres with soils within the tillable section composed mostly of Martin Silty clay Loam and Martin Silty Clay and a small amount of Kenoma. Soil types within the hay meadow portion are mostly Kenoma, Martin, Labette and Ladysmith varieties. The meadow portion is comprised mostly of Native grass dominated by Big and Little Bluestem and Indian grass and also includes a healthy population of legumes, mostly desirable Illinois bundleflower.

Driving Directions: From Emporia, take Hwy 50 west for ½ mile to Road G and turn north. Proceed 2.9 miles, turning west at the second curve which is 200 Road. Proceed 2.1 miles and the property begins on the north side.
