Tract 1 is 66 acres more or less and is a highly efficient parcel that will appeal to both the grain producer and the investor seeking ROI. This tract boasts an efficient 61.50 acres of cropland which is almost composed entirely of good Kenoma silt loam soil. You can review the soil map by visiting the “Related Documents” section within this listing on our website. The field features adequate slope providing good drainage in times of normal precipitation. Access is another desirable attribute as it’s located on a good County road, less than 2 miles from pavement and an easy commute to multiple grain markets.
There’s also plenty of hunting appeal here for the upland bird hunter with thick hedgerows surrounding the majority of the boundary and a draw running through the west side with great habitat bordering the grain field.
