Vaughn-Roth Land Brokers is proud to have Charly on board as a Sales Associate and Auctioneer (past World Champion by the way) as he brings a wealth of knowledge and talent to the table for our clients.

Charly is a native of Yates Center, Kansas and has a long history in the auction and real estate business. As a teenager, he would help his uncle with his auction business by holding items and catching bids but soon discovered that bid calling was something that came natural to him. He then progressed to become the auctioneer at multiple livestock auctions in the region including Eureka, Ft. Scott, Anderson County and Coffeyville to name a few. During this time, he was named the Kansas Auctioneer’s Association Champion Auctioneer in 2009. Two years later, in a crowning achievement, Charly was named the 2011 World Champion Auctioneer by the LMA.

Charly decided to take his auctioneering and professional skills to the world of real estate and obtained his license in 2006. He was a natural fit in the real estate business and hit the ground running. His professional and personal network amongst farmers and ranchers across the entire State is one that few can rival. He possesses a wealth of knowledge, expertise and is a tremendous resource for our clients.

Charly has a loving and supportive family. Carrie, his high school sweetheart, has been his wife since 2001. In 2005, they had their first child, a son named Cashten. In 2008, they welcomed home their second child, a daughter named Cayten. When not selling real estate, Charly enjoys spending his free time with his family and running their family ranch in Woodson County.
