Tract 1 is being offered both individually as well with the adjoining Tract 2 with the property selling in whichever format garners the most proceeds. We will take the high bid for Tract 1 and Tract 2 and total those numbers. We will then add a $10,000.00 escalator which is where the bidding for Tract 3 will begin.
